Shelbi is Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Dermatology, Cardiology and Aesthetic Medicine. Shelbi has been a healthcare professional for 10 years and with that comes trust, experience, and professionalism, not to mention her southern charm + hospitality.
Shelbi is trained and certified in all of the products and services she offers in her medical spa. She has also invested many hours shadowing others in the industry, she believes knowledge is power and the key to the knowledge obtained is patient safety. Shelbi is constantly pursuing training opportunities to enhance her skill set to further enhance patient outcomes and provide safe patient care.

Faith Caple
Faith Caple is from Searcy, AR. She graduated from University of Central Arkansas in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in nutrition. Faith then decided she wanted to go to nursing school to be able to care for others and make an impact in someone’s life. She then, graduated at Baptist Health in Little Rock with her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2020. Faith has experience of working 1 year on a COVID unit in Texarkana, and the past 2 1/2 years on an adolescent psych unit in Searcy.
Faith worked at a medical spa in Searcy as a receptionist while in nursing school, which is where she initially became interested in aesthetics. She knew at that time that this was the goal, this is what she wanted to work towards. Faith first wanted to get some bedside nursing experience right out of school. So in November of 2023, she took the leap and reached out to Shelbi at Sloan Aesthetics to schedule a certification training for tox and filler injections. She learned so much from Shelbi that day, and got to shadow her some more and had more training days with Shelbi since. Faith has recently accepted a job at Sloan Aesthetics as a new nurse injector at the Bryant, AR clinic, and she couldn’t be more excited for this new journey.
Faith’s goal is to make all of her clients feel and look their best while enhancing their natural beauty safely and effectively. Faith wants everyone that comes in, to walk out of the office feeling confident and looking forward to their next visit at Sloan Aesthetics.
On Faith’s days off, you can find her spending time with my friends and family, and finding activities to do outdoors. Faith has such a sweet spirit and soul, all the patient’s are just going to love her! She also has a light hand and gentle touch, which is a must in aesthetic medicine. Faith is also eager to advance her career and mentor under Shelbi in this role.

Hello loves, my name is Neicya and I am a California girl born and raised but I quickly fell in love with the sunshine state! I moved to Arizona for school and have been working here as a nurse since 2019.
I have been working with Sloan Aesthetics since January 2022. Injecting is an art and a science— I have the ability to assess your face and safely place cosmetic injectables in the desired areas. We as a team train heavily and make safety our top priority.
I love ALL of our services but my top favorite would have to be; TOX, PRF, and Sculptra. I started preventative Dysport in my mid 20’s and it has helped me keep the youthfulness! I’m all about natural aesthetics and that is why PRF and Sculptra have been game changers in this industry. They prove to have amazing results that LAST and achieve your desired look.

Hi Snatched babes, I’m Sloan Aesthetics Licensed Aesthetician. I am originally from California, but moved to Arizona in 2022 for esthetics school and fell in love with the state!
I decided to get into esthetics because of my own struggles with acne that I wanted to understand more. I’ve always had a passion for all things beauty, but I was able to realize how much I enjoyed helping others feel good in their own skin through it.
Some of my favorite services are DiamondGlow, Brows, and of course a dermaplane facial which is a monthly must! I love continuing to educate myself, whether it be new skills, new products, or ingredient knowledge.

Hi everyone! My name is Lauren and I was born and raised here in Scottsdale, AZ. I have been a nurse since 2016, with most of that time being in critical care. I have most recently found my passion in aesthetics over the last few years and really love being apart of the Sloan team! I truly believe that I was trained by the best and really enjoy being apart of such an empowering and motivated group of ladies.
One of the reasons that I love aesthetics is that it has given me an opportunity to use my creative and artistic talent to provide my clients with beautiful results. I LOVE meeting new people and take the time to get to know my patients to make them feel fully comfortable in my chair. You will leave feeling refreshed and feeling like you found a new friend in your injector.
I aim to deliver natural results that won’t alter your appearance and will accentuate the facial features that make you you! I am dedicated to staying up to date with training and education in order to continue to be a great nurse injector.
When I’m not injecting, you can find me traveling and making memories with my husband, Sean and our mini goldendoodle, Remi. I am also at Phoenix Children’s two days a week as Pediatric ICU nurse but aesthetics has given me an opportunity to take a step back from the hospital and pursue both fields that I am passionate about.
