Nurse Contact and Education Data: As part of the Sloan Society training program, Sloan Aesthetics collects contact data from nurse users of the Website seeking additional education(“Nurse Contact and Education Data”). This may include, but not be limited to, your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, training you are interested in receiving, education level, and information about your nursing experience. The collection of the Nurse Contact and Education Data is primarily used to contact you regarding your interest in participating in a Sloan Society training program.
